TikTok Creative Strategist | PH | Daily Ad Research + Make Simple Ads | Long-Term

Schedule: Mon-Fri, starting around 5 AM New York time. 40 hours/week to start, with room to scale up if you want more. Weekend work available too.

Compensation:
- $6/hour base, paid weekly
- 5% of net profit from ads you produce (revenue minus ad spend), paid monthly
- Raises over time for reliability and output

I run TikTok ads for affiliate offers (CPI, reward-app, sweeps) and need a Creative Strategist who can research ads daily, spot what is working, and put together finished ads I can launch.

The ads are simple. Most are one hook + one asset + a clear path to the offer. Day-to-day: I tell you the direction we are pushing. You check how yesterday's ads did, study what is working on TikTok, then put the next batch of ads together — pick the asset, write the caption, line it up to the offer — and deliver them to me ready to launch.

I set direction. I will not micro-manage. You need to make decisions and move on your own.

Main tasks:
- Research TikTok ads daily to find patterns worth testing
- Read yesterday's performance and react to it
- Put finished ads together and deliver them to me daily
- Move fast enough for daily testing

Requirements:
- Good PC or laptop (state RAM and CPU)
- Stable internet, minimum 25 Mbps download
- Self-driven. I set direction, you run with it.
- Comfortable with numbers and using them to d ---------- what to do next
- You already scroll TikTok regularly and have a feel for native TikTok voice
- Strong written and spoken English. Most ads are in English, and so is all communication. Captions need to sound like a real TikTok user, not stiff or formal.

Experience: Direct-response, affiliate, performance marketing, ecom, or TikTok-shop background is a strong plus. No agency or brand work needed.
