About us
We're a boutique graphic design studio based in Australia. We work with small businesses on branding, print, and digital design. It's a small, fast-moving team and we like to keep things organised, clear, and low-drama.
We're looking for a reliable VA to take admin and coordination tasks off our plate so we can focus on the creative work.
What you'll be doing
• Data entry and general admin
• Social media scheduling and basic management
• Xero admin - reconciling invoices, sending payment reminders
• Project coordination - following up on client briefs, building timelines, sending testimonial requests, creating invoices
• Ad hoc tasks as they come up
• Willing to learn new tools and AI as the business evolves
What we need from you
• Strong written English - you'll be
• Experience with Xero (this one's important)
• Comfortable in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
• Familiar with Trello or similar project management tools
• Canva experience is a bonus
• Detail-oriented and proactive - we don't want to chase you, or ask twice
• Available during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for a weekly check-in
Hours and rate
• 10-20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
• Rate: AUD $8-$15/hr depending on experience
• Bonus applies when KPIs are met consistently - we reward good work!
