JOB OVERVIEW

Skavala is looking for one highly capable and experienced Flight/Travels Sales Agent to join our team. This is a strict target-based sales position for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate sales, close clients, and consistently meet high monthly targets.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in travel and tour sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently generate leads and convert customers from different nationalities worldwide.

Job Responsibilities
Sell company travel services including:
Flight bookings
Flight reservations
Tour packages
Visa-related travel services
Other travel services provided by the company
Meet a strict monthly combined sales target of $10,000 USD
Follow up with leads provided by the company
Generate personal leads through any effective and legal means
Handle customer inquiries professionally via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
Convert inquiries into paying customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide daily reports and sales updates using the company reporting template
Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service at all times
Salary & Compensation
Probation Period
Duration: 1–3 months depending on employee performance and effectiveness
Probation Salary: 20% of the full monthly salary
The company reserves the right to:
Confirm employment
Extend probation up to 3 months
Terminate the contract if performance is unsatisfactory
Full Employment Salary
Basic Salary: $500 USD monthly (after successful probation)
Weekly Incentives & Bonus

Employees who achieve 30% of the weekly target will receive:

$100 USD Weekly Bonus
Bonus payment is processed every Sunday after review of weekly sales records and reports

This incentive applies during:

Probation period
Full employment period
Company Support & Benefits

The company will provide:

Minimal travel leads generated from:

Facebook
Ads
Instagram Ads
Google leads

Email
and phone inquiries
Shared UK WhatsApp number for customer communication
Official company email address

However, employees are also required to independently generate personal leads to increase their sales opportunities and performance.

Daily Reporting Requirement

All employees must submit a daily report containing:

Total daily sales
Total potential customers contacted
Total customer chats/conversations
Follow-up status
Closed deals
Pending customers
Other performance metrics

A reporting template will be provided by the company.

Applicants must:
