SHOPIFY & SOCIAL MEDIA VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – HAIR BRAND

We are looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage our growing hair brand and Shopify store.
Pay: Starting at $4/hour
Position Type: Part-Time / Long-Term Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Manage and update Shopify hair store
Upload new hair products, wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals
Edit product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and photos
Process and manage customer orders
Track inventory and organize products by collection
Respond to customer messages, emails, and comments
Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Create Canva graphics, reels, promotional posts, and captions
Schedule and post social media content consistently
Assist with branding, marketing ideas, and engagement
Keep website and social media pages updated and attractive
Requirements:
Experience using Shopify
Experience with social media management
Canva experience preferred
Must know how to upload/edit products on Shopify
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to follow brand aesthetic and instructions
Experience working with beauty or hair brands preferred
Preferred Skills:
TikTok/Reels editing
Content creation
Shopify product management
Instagram growth strategies
Customer service
Basic copywriting/caption writing
Knowledge of wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals is a plus
