Pluto Labs is a boutique done-for-you ads agency based in the U.S. We serve high-ticket local service contractors — roofers, HVAC, plumbers, landscapers, pool builders, and remodelers - and we run their Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM workflows (GoHighLevel) to generate qualified leads that turn into closed jobs.
We are NOT a generic e-commerce shop or churn-and-burn lead gen operation. Our clients pay $2K–$4K/month, stay with us for 12+ months, and trust us to make them money. That means we need someone meticulous, fast-moving, and obsessed with quality work.
This is a long-term role, not a project. The right person will grow into a core part of our team and have a real career path with us as we scale.
What You'll Be Doing:
Launching, optimizing, and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Instant Forms, Conversion campaigns) for local lead generation clients
Launching, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Local Service Ads) for clients with larger budgets
Building and maintaining client workflows inside GoHighLevel (trigger links, SMS templates, automation flows, pipelines, review request funnels)
Daily monitoring of all client ad accounts and proactive optimization (creative refresh, budget scaling, audience adjustments)
Setting up and troubleshooting pixel + Conversions API tracking on client websites
Building and updating performance dashboards
Communicating proactively in Slack - you'll be on a team Slack workspace and expected to respond during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Mountain Time preferred)
Following our SOPs to the letter and contributing improvements to them when you spot gaps
Documenting your work clearly so anyone on the team can pick up where you left off
What You MUST Have to Apply (non-negotiable):
2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for lead generation (NOT e-commerce - this is different, and we run lead gen)
1+ year of Google Ads experience (Search, LSA)
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel - workflows, pipelines, trigger links, SMS, and automations
Strong English communication, both written and spoken (you'll be on Loom recordings and occasional client-facing Slack messages)
Reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to overlap with U.S. business hours
Attention to detail that borders on obsessive - we will test this in your application
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience running ads specifically for home service contractors (roofers, HVAC, plumbers, etc.)
Experience setting up Meta Conversions API on WordPress, WooCommerce, or custom sites
Comfort with basic webhook setups (Zapier, Make, Pabbly)
A creative eye for what makes a Meta ad scroll-stop versus get ignored
