Experienced E-commerce VA / Order Processing Assistant

We are an established Australian e-commerce business specialising in homewares. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organised E-commerce VA to help with order processing, customer support, quotations, and supplier coordination.

This is a long-term role for the right person. We need someone with previous e-commerce experience who can follow processes, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sending quotations and invoices to customers
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Coordinating with suppliers for dropship orders
- Checking stock availability and ETA updates
- Following up suppliers and customers
- Providing customer support by email and phone
- Assisting with general e-commerce admin and operations tasks

SOFTWARE / PLATFORM EXPERIENCE

Experience with any of the following is highly regarded:

- Cin7
- FrontApp
- Google Workspace
- BigCommerce
- Shopify

You do not need to know every platform, but you must have strong e-commerce experience and be confident learning new systems quickly.

- Experience with customer support and order processing
- Confidence dealing with suppliers and customers
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection

HOURS

- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sydney time to start
- No weekend work required
- You must be available during these hours
- If performance is strong, this may increase to full-time hours later
