About Us

Appsarise is a portfolio of Shopify apps used by merchants worldwide. We build tools that help Shopify store owners run smarter, faster businesses. We are looking for a part time outreach specialist to help us connect with our existing users and grow our community.
The Role

You will be responsible for reaching out to existing users of our Shopify apps via email to check in on their experience, gather feedback, and ask for honest reviews on the Shopify App Store. This is not a sales role. You are not selling anything. You are building genuine relationships with merchants who already use our apps.

Daily Responsibilities

Pull active user lists from each of our Shopify apps (we will give you access)
Send personalised outreach emails to merchants asking for honest feedback and reviews

Follow up once after 7 days if there is no reply

Log every interaction in a Google Sheet (store name, app, date contacted, response, outcome)
Forward any support questions or complaints to the founder
Report weekly on outreach numbers and review conversion rate

What We Are NOT Asking You To Do

You will never ask for positive reviews. You will never offer anything in exchange for a review. You will never write reviews yourself. All outreach must be genuine, transparent, and compliant with Shopify's policies. We want honest feedback. Good, bad, or neutral.

Requirements

Excellent written English, professional but warm tone

Reliable internet connection

Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic outreach tools

Self motivated and organised, able to manage outreach across multiple products

Prior experience in outreach, lead generation, or virtual assistance preferred

Attention to detail when logging interactions

Willingness to learn our products so outreach feels informed and authentic

Bonus

Prior experience with Shopify or ecommerce apps

Experience with community management or merchant relations

Familiarity with SaaS or app store ecosystems

Hours

Part time, 20 hours per week. Flexible on time zone, ideally overlapping a few hours per day with Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) for handoffs.
Pay

Performance based reviews after 90 days with raises tied to results.
