WordPress / Elementor Developer Needed for Dental Clinic Website, Local SEO, and Long-Term Website Management

We are looking for a reliable long-term WordPress / Elementor developer for Premier Smile Dental Care, a dental clinic located in Newark, California.

Main responsibilities:

Build a modern, professional dental clinic website
Create mobile-friendly pages
Create local SEO-friendly service pages
Set up 301 redirects from old domains to the new website
Help with Google Search Console setup
Basic speed optimization
Ongoing website updates and maintenance

Requirements:

Strong WordPress and Elementor experience
Local SEO knowledge
Experience with business, healthcare, or dental websites preferred
Good communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to provide daily work summaries
Able to work hourly with time tracking/screenshots

Preferred but optional:

Light customer service or phone support in the future

This will start as a small paid trial project before long-term work.

Compensation:
This role is intended for experienced-level applicants only.

Starting rate: approximately $6.67/hour, or about ?380/hour.

Part-time starting schedule: 10–20 hours per week.
Estimated part-time income:

10 hours/week: approximately $267/month, or about ?15,200/month
20 hours/week: approximately $534/month, or about ?30,400/month

Full-time equivalent:

Approximately $1,035–$1,265/month
Approximately ?58,900–?71,900/month

For the right candidate with proven skills, strong communication, reliable performance, high-quality results, and the ability to assist with light customer service or phone support in the future, this role may grow into a full-time position with possible rate increase after a successful trial period.
