Hiring: Chart Reviewer – Texas-Based Physical Therapy Personal Injury Clinic

We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Chart Reviewer to join our growing Texas-based Physical Therapy Personal Injury Clinic team.

Responsibilities:
- Review patient charts and medical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure proper documentation for Personal Injury cases
- Coordinate with staff regarding missing or incomplete notes
- Communicate with the team through Slack for daily workflow updates
- Assist with phone calls when needed
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records

Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience working in a Physical Therapy clinic or has a background in Physical Therapy (PT), Physiotherapy
- Knows how to read SOAP notes
- Familiar with Jane EMR or similar EMR systems
- Comfortable using Slack and other communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:
- Central Standard Time (CST) hours
- 38- 40 Hours/ Week

Starting Rate: $7 /hr with room for growth once you have been with our company.

- Updated browser (Google Chrome recommended)

Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
Stable connection (wired preferred)
Backup internet (mobile hotspot or Pocket wifi)

Audio & Workspace
- Noise-canceling headset (can be secured after hiring if not yet available)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
