Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Endorsement Processing / Policy Review Specialist with a background in commercial insurance. This role is responsible for reviewing incoming binders and policies, identifying required changes, and ordering endorsements to ensure accurate and up-to-date policy documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming insurance binders and policy documents for accuracy and completeness
Identify necessary policy changes and initiate endorsement requests
Order and track endorsements for policy modifications and updates
Maintain accurate policy records and documentation in Applied Epic
Ensure all policy changes are properly reflected and filed in the system
Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to resolve documentation issues

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in commercial insurance or related policy administration role
Experience reviewing binders, policies, and insurance documentation
Familiarity with endorsement processing and policy change workflows
Experience using Applied Epic is strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Must be comfortable working full-time in EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
