We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Underwriting Support team in a full-time, long-term remote role.

In this position, you will be responsible for ordering and following up on loss runs, managing binders, invoices, and policy documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely policy tracking. You will also handle document attachment and file organization within the system to maintain complete and up-to-date records.

Experience with commercial insurance operations is required, and familiarity with Applied Epic is highly preferred.

Non-Negotiable Requirement:

This role requires daily on-cam monitoring via Zoom during working hours. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Order and follow up on loss runs with carriers and brokers
Manage binders, invoices, and policy documentation
Track bound policies and ensure timely updates
Attach and organize documents within the system
Maintain accurate and complete underwriting files

Work Arrangement:

Full-time, long-term position
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
100% work-from-home setup
