The Opportunity

This is not a passive intake role.

You will own the most important ---------- nt in the client journey: the first call. Your job is to connect, build trust fast, and convert qualified leads into signed clients.

We are looking for someone who treats intake like a performance role meaning someone who tracks their numbers, takes pride in closing, and is constantly improving.

What You’ll Do

Own all inbound leads (calls, web, referrals) and respond immediately
Conduct high-level intake interviews that uncover facts and build trust quickly
Confidently guide potential clients through the decision to hire our firm
Drive conversions & follow up relentlessly until a yes or a no
Manage the sign-up process (e-sign or in-person) with speed and accuracy
Enter and track all data in our case management system
Collaborate with attorneys to route cases strategically (lit vs. pre-lit)
Continuously improve your performance metrics (conversion rate, speed to contact, follow-up cadence)

Who You Are

Required:

2+ years in legal intake, case management, or a conversion-focused client-facing role
Strong communicator who can build trust quickly on the phone
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Competitive mindset; you care about results and performance
Comfortable handling sensitive, high-stakes situations
Preferred:

Personal injury experience
Lead Docket or similar CRM experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in sales, admissions, or high-volume intake environments
Compensation

We are willing to pay for performance.

Competitive base salary + meaningful bonuses
If you can convert, you will be rewarded accordingly
