Outreach Specialist Needed – English Speaking + Cold Calling Experience

We are looking for a confident and professional Outreach Specialist to help our apostille and document legalization company build partnerships with law firms across the United States.

This is NOT a customer support role.
We are specifically looking for someone experienced with:

Cold calling
Lead outreach
Speaking confidently with businesses
Handling gatekeepers professionally
Booking introduction calls
Following up consistently

About Us:
We are a nationwide apostille facilitation small business based in the United States. We help clients and law firms process apostilles and international document legalization quickly and professionally.

Your role will be to contact immigration law firms, estate planning firms, and legal offices to gauge demand, introduce our services, and help schedule short partnership/introduction calls.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Neutral or clear accent
Comfortable making outbound calls
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience
Professional and confident speaking style
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Experience speaking with U.S. businesses preferred

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with legal, notary, or B2B outreach
CRM experience
Sales or lead generation background
Experience handling objections on calls

Main Responsibilities:

Call law firms and legal offices
Introduce our apostille services professionally
Build relationships with gatekeepers and office managers
Schedule introduction calls for the company owner
Keep outreach notes organized
Follow up with leads consistently
Assist with basic outreach tracking
