Medical Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist Desk Admin
Physical Therapy Clinic

Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a highly organized and professional Medical Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage inbound and outbound phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and help support the day-to-day administrative needs of our practice.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong healthcare or medical office background who already understands the pace and expectations of working in our industry. We are specifically looking for a candidate who can step in with a minimal learning curve and contribute right away.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Make outbound calls to patients, referral sources, insurance companies, and physician offices
Assist with BNE, authorizations, scheduling, and general administrative support
Communicate clearly with patients and tea ---------- mbers to ensure a positive experience
Help maintain organization and efficiency in daily office operations
Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools for communication and workflow management

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or therapy practice preferred
Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound call handling in a healthcare environment
Experience with BNE, authorizations, and customer service strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office required
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
