In this dynamic and crucial role, you will ensure that our leadership consulting practice for education and social impact leaders employs optimal systems to achieve our ambitious goals and maximize our impact worldwide. Through essential functions and workflows that you strategically design, implement, and sustain, our company consistently taps into opportunities to work in close proximity with the communities and causes that matter most to us. And then we deliver outstanding results.
You will work hand-in-hand with the Founder & CEO to support the company's optimal success. Core responsibilities in any given week include but are not limited to:
? Ensuring that external engagements and internal operations run optimally and in alignment with the company’s highest, equity-driven standards
? Recommending, designing, updating, and sustaining strategies that support company growth and sustainability
? Maneuvering through databases to identify revenue-generating, mission-aligned opportunities for the company to pursue (e.g., CRM, RFPs, conferences and events)
? Drafting client and conference proposals with compelling messaging that showcases the company’s and CEO’s best work
? Managing the successful distribution of our digital newsletter and high-impact
? Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and generate revenue, embodying a problem-solving mindset and offering practical solutions where fitting
? Managing and implementing strategic marketing and branding initiatives to maximize business performance (e.g., social media management, promotional materials, content planning, sustaining and improving marketing and branding strategies under the guidance of key external consultants)
? Taking lead on logistical needs for professional development sessions and other service offerings (e.g., client intake forms, project management, Zoom production when needed)
? Coordinating hiring and selection processes to identify external vendors to seamlessly meet our business needs
? Closely monitoring daily business operations, anticipating and surfacing concerns to address potential issues before—or swiftly when—they arise
? Maintaining comprehensive and accurate archives using a well-organized filing and organizing system in alignment with company policies and conventions

? Innate enjoyment of alternating between siloed, independent work and intensive collaboration with team members occasionally as needed
? Love of learning and growing with the ability to bounce back from mistakes; ability to receive—and, importantly, give—constructive and candid feedback with immediate, tangible demonstration of improvement
? Exceptional, highly responsive communication skills (in written and oral form) and ability to work well with people of varying backgrounds and communication styles
