We help high-achieving women with confidence, relationships, leadership, self-worth, and personal growth. This is a long-term opportunity for the RIGHT person.

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and excited to grow with a mission-driven business.

PART-TIME TO START
20 hours/week
Potential to grow into FULL-TIME

PAY
• Starting: $5/hour

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Instagram Support
• Schedule and post content for review
• Create captions from content ideas
• Organize Canva templates
• Repurpose reels and videos
• Help grow engagement

Community Engagement
• Respond to comments and DMs
• Engage with followers and aligned accounts
• Help build warm relationships with potential clients

Lead Generation
• Help identify warm leads
• Support lead magnets and ManyChat flows
• Help move followers toward:
1) Book sales
2) Online course sales - group & individual
3) Coaching calls

Admin Support
• Google Docs
• Canva

BONUS SKILLS
Experience with:
• Instagram growth
• ChatGPT
• ManyChat
• Go High Level
• Coaching/wellness brands
