Real Estate Cold Caller and Salesperson

JOB TITLE:
Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Manager (Boston Leasing + Acquisitions)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a fast-growing real estate company operating in both Boston and Tennessee, and we are looking for a confident, reliable, and motivated Cold Caller / Lead Manager to help support both our leasing and acquisitions operations.

This role involves speaking with rental leads, following up with property owners, qualifying motivated sellers, and helping keep our lead pipeline organized and moving.

The position will begin part-time (20–30 hours weekly) with strong opportunity for increased hours, lucrative bonuses, and long-term growth for the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Calling and following up with rental leads in Boston
* Responding to inbound inquiries from Zillow and rental platforms
* Helping schedule showings and appointments
* Cold calling property owners and motivated sellers
* Following scripts while sounding natural and conversational
* Updating CRM and lead notes
* Lead qualification and follow-up
* Text messaging and communication with leads
* Maintaining organized communication records
* Assisting with day-to-day lead management

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Strong spoken English with clear communication
* Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
* Friendly, professional, and energetic personality
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Comfortable handling rejection and objections
* Sales, leasing, or cold calling experience preferred
* Real estate experience is a major plus
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Reliable internet and quiet work environment
