Customer support expert for eCommerce Brand

Our company M.Z eCom has been doing eCommerce for 3 years.

Currently, we’re looking for VA for our 2 new online stores.

Requirements -

* MUST Speak and write in English perfectly.

* Expert in customer support

* Expert in Email management

* Good with Facebook

* Be very motivated and want to grow with a big company.

* Be willing to make mistakes, and learn from it. (winner)

* Have a winner mindset and accomplish your goals every day.

Responsibilities -

* Email support

* Make orders from our suppliers

* Post on our Facebook pages, regular post ans sales post (experience - big advantage)

* Researching online for top selling products on sites like eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress etc.. (in our niches)

* Researching on competition stores.

* Researching on competition Facebook pages.

* If you have any experience with Shopify a big advantage

* We work with Timedoctor (Must to install on your computer)


Compensation -

$75/week + Bonuses

13th-month salary

We will pay once a week and add a bonus for good performance.

Working Hours -

M-F 8:00 - 4:30 pm
