GoHighLevel Workflow & Funnel Specialist - Experienced ONLY

We are hiring an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help build, organize, and automate our lead system.

This is not a beginner position. I need someone who already understands GHL and has real experience setting up workflows, funnels, forms, lead intake, automations, pipelines, opportunities, tags, SMS/email follow-up, and lead routing.

The main goal is simple: when a lead comes in, GHL should automatically capture it, organize it, follow up with it, notify the right people, and move it through the correct pipeline without everything needing to be done manually.

There is also a second aspect of the business where it gets more complicated with the workflows, having several triggers and workflows for each contact.

Responsibilities may include:

* Building and fixing GHL workflows
* Creating funnels, forms, surveys, and landing pages
* Setting up automations for new leads
* Creating pipelines and opportunity stages
* Tagging and segmenting contacts properly
* Setting up SMS/email follow-up sequences
* Routing leads to the correct person or contractor
* Connecting calendars, forms, websites, Facebook/Google leads, or other lead sources
* Troubleshooting broken automations
* Helping improve conversion and response speed
* Documenting what was built so our team can understand it

Requirements:

* Must have real GoHighLevel experience
* Must be able to show examples of workflows, funnels, automations, or GHL systems you have built
* Must understand lead generation and lead follow-up
* Must be comfortable working independently
* Must be detail-oriented and organized
* Must be able to explain what you are doing clearly
* Must be available to start immediately
