Operations/Sales Manager - Cleaning Business

Location: Remote (Must be available during Central Time business hours)

Type: Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Base + Performance Raises (We pay for top talent)

The Mission
Clear Canvas Cleaners is a high-growth cleaning startup focused on the Dallas market. We are moving fast and looking for a "Right Hand" to own the entire operations and sales engine. We aren't looking for an assistant; we are looking for a future Director of Operations who can build, manage, and scale this company alongside us.

What You Will Own
The Sales Engine: Handle inbound calls and close residential/commercial cleaning leads. You must be a "closer" who can sell the value of our premium service.

Day-to-Day Operations: Navigate logistics, assign cleaner jobs, and oversee the daily schedule.

Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a fleet of contractors. You will be responsible for tracking payroll and maintaining quality control.

Systems Development: Help build out our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as we scale toward a massive 2026.

Leadership: Eventually hire and lead your own team of Virtual Assistants as the department grows.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Industry Experience: You MUST have prior experience in the cleaning business industry (Operations and Sales).

Communication: Fluent English with excellent, accent-free verbal skills is required for sales conversion. Spanish fluency is a major bonus.

High Energy: We need a positive "force of nature" on the phones. You must have a magnetic personality and the ability to build instant rapport with clients.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in GoHighLevel (Sync), Koala Booking (ScheduleDrop), Slack, and G-Suite, Facebook, Instagram

Discipline: A quiet home office, high-speed internet, and the mental toughness to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Marketing for cleaning company, lead gen, seo optimization, wordpress, or social media is a plus
