Copy as Your Foundation:
> You will start by learning the art of direct-response copywriting—specifically writing short-form video scripts. Mastering copy first is the absolute best way to understand marketing psychology, learn our voice, and see what actually converts.
Discovering Your Talents:
> Once you have a strong foundation in copy, we will work with you to figure out where you shine brightest. You will have the ability to move into building landing pages, high-end video editing, systems deployment, and more.
AI-Powered Workflow:
> You will be using AI tools like Gemini and structured "Gems" as part of your daily workflow. You are expected to learn and improve your use of these tools over time to automate and speed up your output.
Pathway to Leadership:
> We want to build our future leaders from within. For the best and brightest, there is a clear pathway to Team Lead and Management levels over time as you master our systems and demonstrate your ability to drive results.
