JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We're a U.S.-based startup looking for a detail-oriented Video Footage Logger to help us organize and catalog raw performance footage of a live wedding band. Your job is to watch through footage and create a structured, searchable log of what's in it so our content team can quickly find usable moments for social media posts.
What you'll do:

Watch raw video footage of live wedding band performances (3–5 hours per week to start)
Log each song performed with precise start/end timestamps
Rate each clip's video quality (Usable / Audio-Only / Unusable)
Note camera angle quality (wide / close / blocked / pointed at wall, etc.)
Add a one-line description of crowd energy or notable moments ("first dance," "crowd singing along," "guitar solo," etc.)
Deliver work in a structured Google Sheet template we provide

What we're looking for:

Strong attention to detail and consistency — this is repetitive work that requires precision
Comfortable watching video for extended periods
Good written English for short descriptive notes
Reliable internet (you'll be streaming or downloading large video files from Dropbox)
Available for async work — we don't need same-time-zone overlap
Bonus: prior experience with video editing, content production, or transcription

To apply:
Please include:

A brief intro about yourself and any relevant experience
Confirmation you have reliable high-speed internet
Your hourly rate or per-hour-of-footage rate
Sample log if you have one
