Freight Dispatcher for US Trucking Company (Remote)

Deldar Freight Dispatch is a growing U.S.-based freight dispatch company looking for an experienced and reliable Freight Dispatcher to join our remote team.

We work with owner-operators and trucking companies across the United States. We are looking for someone who understands U.S. trucking operations and can help manage loads, communicate with brokers, and support drivers professionally.

Responsibilities:

Search and book loads using DAT and Truckstop
Negotiate rates with brokers
Dispatch drivers and manage schedules
Track loads and provide updates
Upload PODs and maintain paperwork
Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers
Help maximize profits and reduce deadhead miles

Requirements:

Experience as a US freight dispatcher
Experience using DAT or Truckstop
Good English communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Organized and responsible
Available during US business hours

Preferred:

Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed
Experience managing multiple trucks
