Real Estate Cold Caller & Data Specialist

We're growing. Our company is expanding into residential real estate and we need a cold caller & lead researcher to join our team. $3.50–$5.00/hr + $500 per closed lead. Work from home. Audio required to apply.

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment firm acquiring off-market properties across North Carolina and beyond. We hire reliable, coachable people who take pride in quality work. No micromanagement. Clear expectations. Real growth opportunities.

What You'll Do
• Research and scrub lead lists daily — minimum 300 valid phone numbers
• 300+ outbound calls daily to property owners
• Log all calls accurately in CRM; follow up on warm leads
• Skip trace property owners and cross-reference public records
• Manage emails, scheduling, and administrative tasks for CEO
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and generate daily reports

Schedule

Onboarding — First 2 Weeks
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST — mandatory, full attendance required

Regular Schedule — After Onboarding

Data Research 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST USA time 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM PHT time
Cold Calling 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST USA time 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT time

• Weekend availability on Saturday is required (appointments only on Sundays)
• Must commit to full 2-week onboarding before applying

Daily Targets
• 300 phone numbers researched & scrubbed
• 300+ outbound calls made
• CRM updated every shift

Requirements
• Clear, neutral American English — cold calling role
• 1–2 years cold calling, real estate, or VA experience
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
• Self-starter — no hand-holding needed

Compensation
Period Rate Notes
Onboarding (2 weeks) $3.50/hour Mandatory training period
First 30–90 days $3.50/hour Duration based on performance & experience assessed at interview
After 30–90 days Up to $5.00/hour Based on KPIs, reliability, and output
Lead Bonus $500 minimum Paid any time a lead results in a closed contract — regardless of experience or tenure

Performance Bonuses Additional Exceptional output + data accuracy
Growth Path — Senior VA ? Operations Manager ? VP of Sales
Transition timeline from $3.50 to $5.00/hour will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview based on your experience and skill level.
