Ultra Labs is a dynamic U.S.-based business incubator and accelerator focused on building and scaling innovative software and technology-driven businesses. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our growing team and help ensure the quality of our products across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
As a QA Manual Tester, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include:
_Performing thorough regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
_Creating detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans based on functional and technical requirements.
_Executing manual tests to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases.
_Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
_Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using bug-tracking tools, and providing clear daily or sprint-based test reports.
_Continuously improving testing processes and best practices.
_Ensuring test coverage across web applications and deployed environments.
Qualifications
_2+ years of professional experience in QA, with hands-on experience in manual testing.
_Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
_Experience testing web applications.
_Familiarity with test case management and bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
_Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
_Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
_Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
_Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
_Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
_Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
