We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads specialist to manage and grow lead generation for 2 local businesses:

1. Security Camera / Smart Lock / Access Control Gate Installation (Has Fb account)
2. Car Rental Business (does not have social media presence)

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person based on performance.

Responsibilities

* Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish
* Create ad creatives, graphics, captions, and campaign copy
* Generate leads using Facebook Lead Forms and/or WhatsApp Messenger
* Optimize campaigns for lead quality and lower cost per lead
* Create and schedule 1–2 daily Facebook posts for both businesses
* Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing improvements
* Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling

Requirements

* Proven experience running successful Facebook lead generation campaigns
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Experience with WhatsApp lead campaigns preferred
* Ability to create professional ad creatives and engaging social content
* Strong communication and reliability
* Self-managed and results-driven
