JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing agency that runs Facebook ad campaigns generating
inbound leads for two types of clients: mobile IV therapy services
and business consulting. We need a fast, reliable appointment setter
who can call new leads the ---------- nt they come in and get them booked
on a calendar.

Your job is simple: call the lead fast, be friendly, and get them booked.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor our CRM (Go High Level) for new leads in real time
- Call every new lead within 5 minutes of them submitting their info
- Follow a provided script based on the lead type (IV therapy or consulting)
- Send SMS follow-up to leads who don't answer
- Attempt at least 3 call attempts per lead before marking as no-contact
- Book qualified leads directly onto a calendar link
- Log all call outcomes in Go High Level daily

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English — clear, warm, and confident on the phone
- Previous outbound calling or appointment setting experience required
- Must be available and actively working during U.S. business hours
(Central Time preferred, 9am–5pm)
- Experience with Go High Level or any CRM is a strong plus
- Reliable internet, computer, and headset — no exceptions
- Must be able to respond to new leads in real time, not in batches
