Virtual Assistant VA for Marketing Operations (FB ads, ActiveCampaign, Automations)

We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to help with simple marketing execution tasks.

This is not a strategy or media buying role. You will mainly follow instructions, create ads, organize assets, and help with basic funnel/automation tasks.

You will not be overwhelmed with everything at once.

We have SOPs, checklists, and onboarding materials for everything, and we will train you step by step.

You will be onboarded in this order:

- First, you’ll create Facebook ads
- Then, we’ll train you on email-related tasks
- Then, we’ll introduce ClickFunnels tasks
- Finally, we’ll train you on Zapier automations

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Main Tasks
Create Facebook ads inside Meta Ads Manager.
- Upload images or videos
- Add ad copy, headlines, links, and descriptions
- Duplicate existing ads
- Follow our naming system
- Check that everything is set up correctly

- Email setup tasks on ActiveCampaign
- ClickFunnels page edits
- Duplicating funnels
- Updating copy, images, buttons, and links
- Simple Zapier automations

Requirements
- Very detail-oriented
- Reliable and organized
- Good written English
- Able to follow SOPs and checklists

Comfortable with online tools
- Willing to learn new systems
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Experience with ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier is a plus

Hours
- Part-time to start: around 5–15 hours per week.

This role could grow into a full-time position for the right person as you learn more of our systems and take on more responsibilities.

Pay
- Starting at $6–$8/hour, depending on experience.
