About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Assistant Manager to lead multiple outbound sales teams for a Travel & Cruise account based in MOA, Pasay City. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, coaching Team Leaders, and ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality standards in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Team Leaders and their respective outbound sales teams
Drive performance through regular coaching, calibration sessions and structured development plans
Partner with management to implement sales campaigns and outbound strategies
Monitor daily operations including attendance, schedule adherence and workforce utilization
Review and analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
Act as primary escalation point for complex customer and operational issues
Foster a high-performance, positive team culture through recognition and engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
Minimum 4-6 years BPO experience with at least 2-3 years managing Team Leaders or Supervisors
Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or revenue-driven BPO environment
Exposure to Travel & Hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and call monitoring tools
Willing to work graveyard shift aligned with US business hours
