We are looking for a proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager to manage, optimize, and scale brand performance on TikTok Shop. This is a performance-driven role focused on increasing sales through strong account management, product listing optimization, affiliate/influencer marketing, and data-backed growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Management
Manage and grow TikTok Shop accounts for assigned brands
Ensure smooth daily operations and platform compliance
Monitor performance metrics and improve store health and sales
Product Listing & Optimization
Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos)
Conduct keyword research to improve discoverability
Run A/B tests on pricing, titles, and creatives to improve conversions
Affiliate & Influencer Strategy
Build affiliate strategy through manual creator outreach
Scale affiliate programs using tools like Euka or ReacherApp
Collaborate with TikTok creators for paid and organic campaigns
Campaign & Growth Execution
Support TikTok Shop campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Identify new growth opportunities for assigned brands
Inventory & Fulfillment
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocks to prevent sellouts
Manage fulfillment via TikTok FBS or third-party logistics
Reporting
Deliver weekly performance reports with insights, results, and recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience in TikTok Shop management or eCommerce operations
Strong understanding of product listing optimization and conversion strategies
Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer outreach
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
