**Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) – E-commerce Support**

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a part-time basis.

### Job Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer email inquiries promptly and professionally
* Reply to Facebook page messages and inquiries
* Monitor and manage Facebook account activity
* Provide excellent customer support and maintain good communication with customers

### Requirements:

* Previous CSR or customer support experience is REQUIRED
* Experience or knowledge in E-commerce is a PLUS
* Strong written English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection with backup internet available
* Responsible, organized, and responsive
* Able to work independently

### Position Details:

* Part-time position
* 2 hours per day
* Remote / Work from home
