General Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Investor (20 hrs per week)

This will start out as 20 hours per week but I will need someone that could be available full time (40 hours per week) in the future.

I am a real estate investor focused on buying and selling houses and this person will help with the following tasks: online research/data research, research public records, update my calendar and book appointments, update social media accounts, upload blog posts, organize excel files, schedule mailings, make phone calls to potential buyers and sellers. This person will also provide help with personal things like scheduling dinner reservations, ordering flowers for my wife, etc.

This person must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and other web applications. Podio experience is a plus but not required.
