About MHI Media
We're a performance creative agency based in the UK, producing 3,000+ ads per month for 85+ ecommerce brands. We already work with a strong Philippine team (editors, strategists) and we're expanding.
The role
You will own the content pipeline for our clients. Every day, footage, photos, voiceovers, and brand assets come in from 85+ brands. Your job is to collect it, organise it, quality-check it, and make sure our editors and strategists can find exactly what they need, instantly.
This is a coordination and operations role — not a creative or editing role. If you love clean systems, organised folders, and chasing things to completion, you will love this job.
Daily responsibilities
- Request and collect content from clients (founder selfie videos, product footage, UGC, brand assets) via
- Follow up with clients until the content is delivered. Polite, professional, persistent.
- Organise all incoming assets in Google Drive and
- Quality-check every piece of content against the brief (resolution, framing, length, audio quality). Flag issues before they reach the editing team.
- Update and maintain our Airtable content pipeline so the whole team knows the status of every asset.
- Tag and categorise assets so editors can find them in seconds.
- Coordinate handoffs between clients, strategists, and editors.
- Flag stalled clients or missing content to the account team before it becomes a problem.
- Build and improve SOPs for content collection as we scale.
Required skills and experience
- 2+ years experience in a coordination, virtual assistant, project management, or production role — ideally for a Western agency, media company, or ecommerce brand.
- Excellent written English. You will be
- Extremely organised. You take pride in clean folder structures and accurate trackers.
- Comfortable managing 30+ open tasks at once without dropping anything.
- Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, and Airtable (or willing to learn Airtable quickly).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for occasional calls.
Nice to have
- Experience with
- Background working with video editors or production teams.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or DTC ecommerce.
- Basic understanding of video specs (aspect ratios, resolutions, file formats).
Hours, salary, and benefits
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Must overlap at least 4 hours per day with UK time (GMT/BST).
- Salary: $600–$800 USD per month, depending on experience.
- Paid monthly via Wise.
- 13th-month pay.
- Paid time off after probation.
- Long-term role with progression as MHI grows.
