php Developers to work with me

I want to build 2 online services 1 just like click funnel and other 1 is an autoresponder like aweber or getresponse.
so i am looking for experinced devloper to work with me on long term. As you guys know if your going to develop clickfunnel or autoresponder type website then you need to run it and look into it on daily bases so its a long term project.
