JOB OVERVIEW

$750/Month — Shorts Script Writer (English, Full-Time, Remote, Long-Term)

We're adding 1 full-time English script writer to our remote team. We produce 30+ YouTube Shorts every single day for English-speaking audiences and we're scaling. We need someone who already gets short-form — hooks, pacing, retention — not someone who needs to learn what a Short is.

The pay: $750 USD/month, full-time, via Upwork. The first month is a fixed-price contract. Strong writers stay on monthly renewals at the same rate, with room to grow as you take on more responsibility.

The work:
- Writing text/scripts for YouTube Shorts
- Turning raw transcriptions and ideas into tight, punchy, well-paced scripts
- Using our internal workflow (ChatGPT/Claude with our prompts) to move faster without losing quality
- Picking the strongest phrasing option and finalizing scripts in our format
- Hitting a daily script target consistently

What we expect:
- Native or near-native English (C2 level) — this is non-negotiable
- A real feel for short-form: what makes a viewer stay past second 1
- Previous writing experience for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar
- Strong editorial taste and judgment
- The ability to make AI-assisted text sound human and natural
- Proactive communication and clean updates
- Stable internet AND stable electricity (no daily outages)
- No other simultaneous clients during the working hours of this role — this is a full-time commitment
- Your own ChatGPT account
- Willingness to screen-record for the paid test and occasional quality checks

What you get: a clear playbook, real onboarding, steady daily work, and 1 day off per week.

VERY IMPORTANT — To apply, follow these steps EXACTLY:
1. Start your proposal with the words YOUTUBE SHORTS
2. Send 3 YouTube Shorts (or Instagram Reels / TikTok videos) that YOU personally wrote in the past. Real published video links only — not portfolios, not docs, not "samples I can write for you". If you didn't write the text for those videos, don't apply.
3. Confirm in writing that you have NO other simultaneous clients during this job's working hours, AND that you have no recurring issues with electricity or wifi.
4. Tell us your weekly availability in hours.

Any application missing the 3 real video links you personally wrote, or missing the confirmation in point 3, will be rejected without reply.

Thanks,
Albert
