Looking for the Perfect Customer Service Manager / Personal Assistant to join a thriving business.
Our business sells Home Décor, Clothing, Jewelry Art and other Upscale Items! We have added 2 online stores in the past 3 months and need someone who can grow with us.
As our Customer Service Manager / Personal Assistant, your tasks will include the following:
1) Responding to all client questions and concerns via email. You'll become a specialist in our items and will have the capacity to help clients with their necessities and themes.
2) Create and add new items to store.
3) Create different fan pages on Facebook.
4) Post items to the fan pages.
5) Run reports and arrange them.
6) Inventory administration, make purchases with vendors and so on.
7) Must be interested in adapting to new processes and task to help expand the business.
The Perfect Candidate:
- Able to work in eastern time zone ( EST ).
- Should be experienced in technology and can learn new software quickly.
- Pride yourself in giving excellent customer service.
- You are detailed oriented and dedicated.
You must be experienced (Required):
- Customer service experience required.
- Must have an uplifting viewpoint and be exceptionally eager to learn.
- You should be meticulous.
