Amazon Wholesale Operations Specialist - Supplier Sourcing & Product Analysis

KZ Commerce LLC is hiring 1 long-term Amazon Wholesale Operations Specialist.

This is NOT an entry-level VA position.

We are looking for someone who already understands how real Amazon Wholesale businesses operate and can work independently with minimal supervision.

You must already know how to:

- source suppliers
- contact suppliers professionally
- follow up consistently
- open wholesale accounts
- request catalogs and price lists
- analyze products properly
- reject bad products BEFORE submitting them
- organize leads and supplier databases
- maintain accurate tracking sheets
- think critically and make good sourcing decisions

We are NOT looking for:

- beginners
- trainees
- people who need constant supervision
- people who only know OA/RA
- people who blindly send products without proper analysis
- people who rely entirely on software without manual review

Your role is to help build a serious long-term wholesale operation.

Main Responsibilities

- Supplier sourcing and distributor research
- Supplier outreach and follow-ups
- Wholesale account applications
- Catalog and price list handling
- Product sourcing and profitability analysis
- Keepa filtering and Buy Box analysis
- SellerAmp analysis and ROI validation
- Identifying unstable, risky, or garbage products independently
- Lead tracking and spreadsheet organization
- Supplier database management
- Reseller applications and compliance preparation

Required Experience

You MUST already have hands-on experience with:

- Amazon Wholesale
- Keepa
- SellerAmp
- Supplier sourcing
- Product filtering
- Manual product analysis
- Supplier outreach
- Wholesale account opening

Bonus Experience

- Tactical Arbitrage
- SmartScout
- Reverse sourcing
- Amazon restrictions / ungating
- Invoice review and compliance checks

Work Schedule

- 3 to 6 hours per day
- 6 days per week
- Long-term position
- Hours can increase based on performance and trust
