Video Editor for Bodycam Footage

I am looking for someone that can edit bodycam/interrogation footage that is similar to:

The editing style is very caption placement heavy and is color coded for each person involved

I need someone that is proficient at proofreading the captions since that is where most of the revisions come from. (most important)

I need someone that has quick turnaround times and is easy to communicate with.

You should be efficient with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

You must be willing to learn and adapt.

Should be able to produce map animations and other effects if asked for.

I am looking for someone that can work long term so this will be a tryout to see if you are a good fit.
