At Steela, we specialize in providing high-quality construction solutions with a focus on precision, durability, and modern design. We are currently looking for a talented 3D Specialist to support our growing portfolio of doors, windows, handles, and other construction-related components.

Role Overview

The 3D Specialist will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and assets for architectural and product visualization projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience in hard-surface or architectural modeling and can produce clean, accurate, and optimized assets for project use.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

What You’ll Do
*Create detailed 3D models and assets for doors, windows, handles, and related components
*Produce clean, accurate, and optimized 3D files for project use
*Apply appropriate materials, textures, and basic rendering when needed
*Collaborate with the internal team to follow design specifications and revisions
*Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers regarding project updates and deliverables
*Organize and maintain source files and exported assets properly
*Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across all 3D assets
*Meet agreed project milestones and deadlines

Qualifications
*Experience in 3D modeling for product, architectural, or hard-surface assets
*Proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, or similar 3D software
*Strong portfolio showcasing 3D models and renders
*Ability to create clean, organized, and optimized 3D assets
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
*Experience working with doors, windows, or construction-related products is a plus
