We are currently looking for a skilled CAD Specialist to join our growing team and support our expanding portfolio of doors, windows, and construction-related projects.

Role Overview

The CAD Specialist will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for doors, windows, and other construction-related projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the construction industry, particularly with architectural elements like doors and windows.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can confidently collaborate with both clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
*Produce accurate CAD drawings and layouts for construction projects
*Interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed technical plans
*Collaborate closely with the Australian team to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards
*Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through verbal and written communication
*Review and revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback
*Ensure compliance with industry standards, timelines, and project deadlines
*Organize and maintain drawing files and documentation properly
*Support project coordination by providing timely updates and clarifications when needed

Qualifications
*Proven experience as a CAD Specialist, preferably in the construction industry
*Strong background in doors and windows design/drafting is highly preferred
*Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
*Experience in 3D modeling is a plus
