I run a small pest control and wildlife removal company in Ottawa, Canada. It's just me and one technician. I need someone reliable who can handle admin and marketing tasks so I can focus on the field work and customer calls.
This is part-time to start — roughly 10–15 hours per week — with potential to grow.
What you'll actually do:
Reply to Google reviews using my tone and templates
Maintain our Google Business Profile (photos, updates, flagging issues)
Draft short social media captions from job photos I send you
Help prep invoices and follow up on unpaid accounts by
Light SEO content tasks — updating service pages, drafting blog posts with my direction
You're a good fit if:
You've supported a trades or home services business before (pest control, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning — anything similar)
Your written English is clean and direct — not corporate, not fluffy
You're organized and don't need hand-holding once you understand a task
You follow instructions carefully
