We run a portfolio of documentary youtube channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers under our company, a dutch media company. we're hiring one community manager to be the voice of our channels in the comment section and grow with us as we expand.

why this role is worth your time:
we pay for your claude pro account in full. we have real sops and a clear structure, not chaos. there's genuine room to grow into managing more channels and eventually leading a small team as we add more brands. you'll work directly within our Slack Community.

what you'll do day to day:
reply to comments in english and other languages using claude ai, boost new uploads using our SOP's, flag content ideas from the audience into slack, run community posts and polls when channels hit milestones (generated via Chatgpt/Canva), run a weekly monetization audit across the network and rapport any flagged channels, and send a short EOD report in slack.

who we're looking for:
native-level written english is non-negotiable. you sound like a real person when you write, not a press release. you're confident speaking english on video. you show up every day, including weekends.
