Part-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help grow two fast-growing service businesses in Philadelphia and South Jersey:

Fresh n Fast Laundry (commercial laundry & pickup/delivery service)
Perfect Choice Cleaning Services (residential & commercial cleaning)

Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to businesses and potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls daily
Follow scripts while sounding natural and professional
Set appointments for cleaning estimates and laundry service consultations
Follow up with leads through calls, text messages, and email
Update lead information in spreadsheets or CRM
Reach out to:
Hotels & motels
Salons & spas
Offices
Daycares
Airbnb hosts
Property managers
Residential cleaning leads
Handle objections professionally
Submit simple daily reports
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Friendly and confident speaking voice
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Comfortable using Google Sheets and CRM systems
Self-motivated and dependable
