Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing Specialist (Keepa / SellerAmp / )

I am building and scaling an Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) business and I’m looking for a full-time Amazon OA Product Sourcing Specialist to join long-term.

This is NOT a general virtual assistant position.

I am specifically looking for someone with real Amazon OA sourcing experience who understands Keepa, SellerAmp, reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, profitability analysis, and operational thinking.

You will help identify profitable, low-risk OA products and eventually grow into a larger operational role as the business scales.

Responsibilities:
- Source profitable OA products from major retail websites
- Analyze products using Keepa and SellerAmp
- Use Tactical Arbitrage and manual sourcing methods
- Perform reverse sourcing and storefront stalking
- Evaluate profitability, competition, Buy Box stability, and risk
- Track leads clearly in Google Sheets
- Communicate sourcing decisions and reasoning
- Help improve sourcing systems and workflows over time
- Eventually assist with inventory tracking, replenishment review, prep center coordination, and Seller Central support

Requirements:
- Previous Amazon OA sourcing experience
- Strong Keepa knowledge
- SellerAmp experience
- Understanding of ROI, profit, BSR, Buy Box behavior, and FBA competition
- Ability to identify risky leads, not just profitable-looking leads
- Strong communication and organization
- Coachable and growth-minded
- Reliable internet and ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)

This role is NOT for:
- General executive assistants
- Customer support VAs
- People with no Amazon OA experience
- Mass applicants who don’t read job descriptions
- Complete beginners requiring full hand-holding

Compensation:
- Base salary + performance bonuses
- Compensation depends on experience and sourcing quality
