Social Media Coordinator + ManyChat Builder – YouTube Automation Niche (Full-Time, Long-Term)

CashCowConsulting is one of the largest YouTube automation coaching businesses in the world, with 2,000+ students globally.

Our founder, Wanner, posts daily across Instagram, TikTok, and X under three brands: ---------- CashCowConsulting funnel runs on ManyChat keyword automations across all three accounts.

What you'll actually do

This role is half coordinator, half builder. You keep content flowing daily AND own our ManyChat conversion system.

Daily execution (the coordinator half)

- Post 5 trial Reels per day ---------- Instagram — Clipper delivers these to you, you schedule and post them consistently
- Schedule and post content across on ---------- accounts, 1 TikTok accounts, and 2 X accounts — we'll give you a clear matrix of what content goes where
- Communicate with editors (Clipper, Noud, the rest of the team) in Slack — chase down missing assets, flag delays, keep the pipeline moving
- EOD update to Noud every workday — what was posted, what's pending, what's blocked

-> Saterday 2 hours of work required , we are a very motivated team and we don't sleep neither does social media.

ManyChat ownership (the builder half)

- Build and optimize ManyChat keyword ---------- that convert IG/TikTok comments into qualified leads
- A/B test hooks, replies, and CTAs — you'll have full ownership here, with Noud and Hugo (COO) available for training and review
- Map every flow — we want documented, auditable funnels, not a tangled mess only you understand
- Spot drop-off points and propose fixes proactively (we shouldn't have to ask)

Weekly research + reporting

- Friday report to Noud and Wanner: top 5 performing posts across all platforms, what worked, what didn't
- 10–15 spin-off content ideas per week based on what's performing — you spot the patterns, the editing team makes them
- Competitor research: what hooks are landing in the YouTube automation / online business niche? Flag 2–3 ideas per week worth copying or adapting

What success looks like in 90 days

- Zero missed posting days across all accounts
- All ManyChat flows documented in a single place, with at least 2 A/B tests already run
- Noud spends zero time on Reels editing, scheduling, or ManyChat — you've fully taken it
- You've asked dozens of questions, proposed at least 5 process improvements, and aren't waiting to be told what to do

Who you are

Must have:

- 3+ year managing social media for a real business (not personal accounts)
- Hands-on ManyChat experience — keyword triggers, conditional logic, A/B testing. If you've only "used" ManyChat once, this isn't your role.
- Proactive personality — you ask questions constantly, including to ChatGPT/Claude. You don't wait for instructions; you propose solutions. We will screen heavily for this.
- Excellent written English — you live in Slack
- Strong organizational instincts — content calendars, scheduling tools, documentation
- Comfortable with Metricool, Later, Buffer, or similar
- 4+ hours of daily overlap with European working hours (CET)
- Fast internet, quiet workspace for calls

Strongly preferred (near-required at the top of our budget):

- Direct experience in the YouTube automation / faceless YouTube / online business education niche — if you've worked for a creator or coach in this space, lead with that
- Understanding of how short-form content feeds top-of-funnel into a coaching/info-product business
- Familiarity with Instagram's algorithm, current Reels best practices, and TikTok crossposting strategy

Bonus:

- You've worked with European or US founders before
- You consume YouTube automation content yourself
