LinkedIn Outreach VA (Lead Generation – Medical Industry)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help generate leads for a healthcare revenue cycle
management company.
Responsibilities
• Send 40–60 LinkedIn connection requests daily • Send follow-up messages to existing
connections • Start conversations using provided scripts • Track leads and responses in a simple
sheet • Identify interested prospects and notify the team
Requirements
• Good written and spoken English • Able to follow instructions • Reliable internet connection •
Detail-oriented • LinkedIn experience is a plus
Role Scope
You are not closing sales or making calls. Your role is to start conversations and identify interested
prospects.
Compensation
$3–$5/hour depending on experience
4–6 hours per day (part-time)

Performance bonuses available based on qualified leads and booked calls
