The role
This is a phone-first appointment setter role.
Your job is simple. When a new lead comes in, you call them. Get them booked on a call with Byron.(the founder)
You are not selling the retreat. Byron does that on the call.
You are making people feel looked after, answering their questions, and getting them onto the calendar.
What you'll do every day
Call every new lead within 15 minutes of them coming in.
Call every new application within 1 hour of submission.
Call every booked-call attendee 24 hours before their call to confirm.
Respond to all inbound DMs,
Keep our Go High Level CRM clean and up to date.
Followup with people who did not purchase.
Track all interactions.
Ensure no one slips through our sales pipeline.
Send Byron a short report at the end of every shift.
What you'll do every week
Re-engage cold leads.
Run light personal brand admin (podcast guest pitches, speaking inquiries, LinkedIn DMs).
Once a month, schedule social content using our existing workflow.
Submit a Friday report on the week's numbers.
Who you are
You have 5+ years of customer-facing work. Hospitality, front desk, concierge, executive assistant, customer service team lead.
Your spoken English is warm, clear and natural. Not scripted. Not call-centre.
Your written English is sharp. No typos. No generic phrases.
We are not formal, we are casual, but professional, we speak to them like anyone else.
You are obsessive about following process and logging details.
You enjoy a clean inbox and an organised CRM.
You work calmly under pressure and don't drop balls.
You can work AU business hours (Sydney timezone).
Has good wifi and a space to speak on the phone.
Bonus points
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience working with a small Australian or Western business.
Experience in a premium hospitality or boutique service brand.
Hours and pay
Part time to start. 20 to 25 hours per week.
AU business hours, Sydney timezone.
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Long-term role for the right person. We're not looking for a short stint.
