Shopify and Klayvio Expert

**Klaviyo & Shopify Expert — 8 hours/week (Remote, Ongoing)**

Lock Jaw Ladder Grip is a multi-award-winning Australian ladder safety brand selling across Australia, the US, and Europe through Shopify, Amazon,. We're looking for an experienced specialist to take ownership of our Klaviyo program and Shopify stores on an ongoing part-time basis.

**What you'll do**
- Own Klaviyo end-to-end: flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, trade-specific sequences), campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, and revenue reporting
- Manage and optimise two Shopify stores
- Run A/B tests on key pages, flows, and campaigns
- Report weekly on what's working and what isn't, tied to MER and conversion targets

**You'll be a great fit if you have**
- 3+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience — not just "I've used it," but real flow building and segmentation work with revenue numbers to point to
- Strong Shopify skills (theme edits, apps, CRO)
- A track record of lifting e-commerce performance for product brands
- Clear written English and the ability to work independently
- Comfort with trade/professional audiences rather than pure consumer fluff

**Nice to have**
- Klaviyo certification
- Multi-market Shopify experience (US + AU/EU)
- Background with trade, industrial, or safety product categories
