ESL Online Business English Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION
Home-based
Can start training on June 2026 (with training allowance)
Conduct Business English classes to Japanese professionals
Conduct video classes via Zoom
Improve the English language skills of the students
Motivate, encourage, and inspire students to do their best in class
Provide post-class reports
Perform Coach-in-Charge (CIC) duties

QUALIFICATIONS
Highly proficient in oral and written English.
Has a strong sense of professionalism.
Has a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

WORK SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
Must be willing to work between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays

HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS
A fully functional home computer with at least i3 processor of 8th Gen/ 8 GB RAM
HD Webcam
Noise-canceling microphone and headset
Stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps internet speed for every single user at home
Reliable back-up internet connection (data)

Other Requirements:
Must be BIR Registered
Must be willing to issue Sales Invoice
