- In addition, DYE works with global partners such as Schneider Electric and Emerson, supplying our partners’ materials and services to customers in Korea.
- Currently, DYE has a 3-member overseas sales team composed of Korean and Nepalese tea

[About the Position]
- We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Inquiry / Quotation ERP Data Assistant.(Entry~Experienced Level)
- This position is responsible for checking overseas buyer inquiries and supplier quotation information, then accurately entering and managing the data in our company’s ERP program.
- Since the products are related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical fields, the candidate should be able to understand and distinguish basic product names, model numbers, specifications, quantities, unit prices, and quotation terms.

[Responsibilities]
- Check overseas buyer inquiries registered in the ERP program
- Review product information related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical products
- Organize product names, model numbers, specifications, quantities, unit prices, supplier information, and quotation terms
- Enter organized information into each required field in the ERP system
- Check and reflect quotation materials received from domestic Korean suppliers
- Refer to existing ERP input records and enter data according to the company’s internal standards
- Confirm unclear product information or specifications with internal tea
- Manage quotation progress and related data in an organized manner
[Required Qualifications & Skills]
This position requires basic technical understanding because it handles information related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical products.
- Degree or background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or mechanical products
- Ability to distinguish product names, model numbers, specifications, quantities, unit prices, and quotation details
- Ability to carefully check documents, numbers, and technical information
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to read English product inquiries and quotation documents and understand the basic contents
- Willingness to learn ERP programs and internal work systems
- Responsible attitude toward repetitive but important data entry tasks

- This position is open to both entry-level or junior candidates and experienced candidates.

[Compensation & Employment Terms]
1. Eligible Career Level
- This position is open to both entry-level/junior candidates and experienced candidates.
- Entry-level or junior candidates with little or no related work experience will receive structured training under a designated mentor to help them adapt to our internal systems, work process, and operational standards.
Candidates with 3 or more years of practical experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, trading, sourcing, quotation management, ERP data management, purchasing, export/import, or related fields may apply as experienced candidates.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Term: Monthly basis
- Probationary Period: 6 months
3. Salary Guideline for Entry-Level and Junior Candidates
- For entry-level candidates or candidates with limited related experience, the probationary salary will follow the company’s internal guideline below.
- Months 0–3: USD 280/month
- Months 4–6: USD 300/month
- Subject to satisfactory performance evaluation after the first 3 months.
The probationary period may be shortened if the employee demonstrates fast work adaptation and receives an excellent evaluation. This has occurred in multiple past cases.
4. Salary Guideline for Experienced Candidates
- Candidates with 3 or more years of relevant practical experience may apply as experienced candidates.
- For experienced candidates, the contracted monthly salary may be considered up to USD 450/month, depending on the candidate’s work experience, practical capability, technical understanding, communication skills, and overall fit for the position.
- Experienced candidates will also be subject to a 6-month probationary period. During the probationary period, salary will be paid according to the following structure.
- Months 0–3: 90% of the contracted monthly salary
- Months 4–6: 100% of the contracted monthly salary
- For example, if the final contracted monthly salary is set at USD 450/month, the employee will receive USD 405/month during Months 0–3 and USD 450/month during Months 4–6.
- The final contracted monthly salary will be determined after reviewing the candidate’s relevant experience, job understanding, work capability, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and overall fit with the company’s internal standards.
[After Regularization]
- Annual contract renewal is standard after regularization.
- Salary adjustments may be made based on performance, teamwork, and overall evaluation.
- If overall performance, including work capability, teamwork, reliability, and internal evaluations, is considered outstanding, - salary increases may be granted within a shorter period. This has occurred in multiple past cases.
- Exceptional performance may also lead to early promotions or salary increases prior to the annual review.
